HOW IT WORKS

Add documents. Confirm details. Review findings.

IUUReady brings your consignment documents into one workspace and makes the next review action clear. The originals and your team’s decisions stay connected throughout.

01

Add documents to a consignment

Choose New consignment and add the invoice, packing list and applicable catch documents. Start from the files, or enter the shipment details manually. Growth and Broker can also receive files through the document inbox when email intake is enabled.

  • PDF · JPEG · PNG · WebP
  • Up to 20 MB per file

After this step: One shipment record holds the originals and the details read from them.

02

Confirm captured details and context

Open Documents to inspect captured values alongside the original. Check the document type and confirm or correct uncertain information. In Shipment, confirm processing, storage and movement facts that affect the applicable checks.

  • Source evidence beside captured information
  • Confirmed facts inform the review

After this step: Your team can see which values are established and which still need confirmation.

03

Review and resolve findings

Open Findings to inspect missing evidence, broken references and differences. Follow the source context, ask the supplier for clarification where needed, and record the resolution. Recheck after correcting details or replacing a document.

  • A reason and next action for each finding
  • Earlier document versions remain in history

After this step: Unresolved questions stay visible until the review has been worked through.

04

Share the report and complete the handoff

Review History and share or export the preflight report for the person taking the next step. Recipients need workspace access to open private originals. The importer or agent completes the applicable official submission separately.

  • Report exports
  • Organization-scoped source access

After this step: The next reviewer receives the current findings and a clear record of the review.

BUILT AROUND THE TEAM

Keep the context when the work changes hands.

Private originals, document versions, confirmed details and shared activity give colleagues a review they can follow. Your team owns the filing decision.

Verify captured information

Scan quality and document layouts affect extraction. Confirm uncertain values against the original and request a better file when needed.

Finish through the official process

A completed preflight is separate from legal eligibility or clearance. The importer or agent submits through the applicable official services.
